1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and duel21 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process on the duel21 platform or as soon as you access any part of this platform.

Duel21 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the duel21 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active only. 3 Account Security and User Responsibility

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including immediate family members.
• Log out of your account every time you finish using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to the duel21 support team immediately.

Duel21 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to be your own action.

4 Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

Duel21 supports a range of secure payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including local bank transfers, digital wallets, and approved online payment methods. All financial transactions are protected by a robust encryption system.

Deposit: Deposited funds will be credited to your account shortly after successful transaction verification. duel21 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.

Withdrawal: Before your first withdrawal is processed, your KYC verification must be fully completed. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed by the duel21 finance team within the stipulated timeframe. Funds will be credited to the bank account or digital wallet registered in your name.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the duel21 customer support team. Prior to account closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Valid cash balances may be requested for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of KYC verification.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly administration fee.
• An account termination notice will be sent to the registered email address.

The maximum total liability of duel21 to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

Duel21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the duel21 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

11 Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a competent court under the relevant jurisdiction.
